Scandals around 2012 Presidential Candidates
With the 2012 comes a new presidential election. While the candidates are getting ready to put their best foot forward there are still scandals that surround some of them. Republican candidate Herman Cain is facing charges of sexual harassment. These claims are coming from four different women said he was less then respectful towards them and made unwanted sexual advances towards them. While his wife is standing by him for the time being this issue is not going to help him in the race.
Newt Gingrich was recently criticized for paying top executives millions of dollars while the government had to bail them out. He is accused of paying those at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac while the companies were going broke. That does not sit well with the taxpayers and those laid off. He had admitted what he did was wrong and paid his debt to society but for some that may not be enough. It is also said he has taken some endorsements from powerful business supporters. He is also divorced twice which does not sit well with those on the conservative party.
As it gets closer to election time there will be plenty of more scandals and information coming out about the candidates.
